Operations Update

Olympia Hotel Management is pleased to announce they have hired Melissa Schlauder as the General Manager for the hotel. Melissa has over 8 years of hotel management experience, most recently as the General Manager of the Springhill Suites in Waterford, CT. Her background and knowledge of the local market make her an ideal fit for our hotel. Her first day will be March 3, 2008. Welcome aboard Melissa!

Development Update

Construction is progressing at a rapid pace. Newfield Construction, the general contractor, is performing well. Hotel on track for opening this summer.

Operations Update

GM Candidate was in Portland Thursday February 14 to interview with Olympia Team Members. Overall reaction to this candidate was very favorable.
